EPS Terms & Conditions

Items shown on portal or invoice are deemed "due and payable" at the time of ordering (credit card) or per terms. Our terms are normally N30, FOB our dock. Most local deliveries via EPS truck are free of extra charges. Payments received after due date are subject to late charges not to exceed 1.5% per month. Customer agrees receipt of invoice completes billing process. If payment not received per payment terms, customer agrees to pay customary collections and/or attorney fees if necessary. T&Cs subject to governing laws of State of California and County / City of San Diego. Customer agrees to pay all required taxes and fees required by government agencies and is responsible for providing proof of tax-exempt status before invoice generation. EPS offers no express warranty on finished products outside of proof approval and industry accepted Best Practices. Customer agrees certain projects may be subject to "overs and unders" up to 10% of quoted quantities when applicable, with pricing pro-rated accordingly.

Cancellations are acceptable if the project has not already been produced at no charge (full refund). For projects produced but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee of 50% applies, but no tax or freight. For projects produced and shipped, they are not cancellable unless found to be defective on receipt.

Exchanges are allowed only with approval and only if goods are exchanged for an order of equal or greater value AND subject to 50% fee AND subject to freight and taxes to be paid in full on both orders.
